Tweakers' Asylum Tweaks for systems, rooms and Do It Yourself (DIY) help. FAQ. |
|
I bought both of these components a few weeks back and finally get my chance to use them this weekend while the wife and child are away. I was just curious about the results fellow users have achieved. I am referring primarily to speaker positioning. Did you end up moving your speakers to positions you thought you might never have them in? If so, did it result in better soundstaging or imaging, or less fatigue during extended listening sessions? My other question is, did you find significant peaks and dips in the FR, and if so, did it open a can of "room treatment" or "upgrade" worms? It's almost scary, but I look forward to understanding the relationship between my room and my components. TIA...
