Search the net for Sutton Designs. I bought their LC1250 Line Conditioner for $175. It corrects under- and over-voltage problems. I originally bought it for my bass guitar equipment, but it is working well with my stereo (with no noticable negative effects). I recently replaced the outlets with Acme silver-plated, and it now sounds even better.JD
