Tweakers' Asylum Tweaks for systems, rooms and Do It Yourself (DIY) help. FAQ. |
|
Hello everyone,Out of curiosisty, I bought rolls of Teflon tape from a local hardware store and wrap my 10 ft balance interconnects with it. The difference can be heard to say the least. My system is use for both HT and stereo listening. Cords (power, interconnects, powerstrips) are all routed behind the 60" TV. This maybe the case why the experiment uncovered some interesting observation. For 99 cents a roll (I use 3 rolls), this tweak if I can call it in that nature, is insanely cheap! I also wrap some of the RCA plugs but does not hear a considerable change.
I wonder if there's anybody who tried this and had the same experienced?
