You should be able to reuse the existing connectors. I've done this in the past with RS home theater cables similar to the ones you have. The RCAs are threaded and can be opened up. You going to find either plastic encapsulation or a soft metal "shroud" around the termination. If its metal, you can rip it off with long nose pliers, exposing the termination points. If it is plastic, with a utility knife and a little patience you should be able to cut open and remove the encapsulation.
