Re: heavy duty flexi table

This is the same thing I posted for the thread above but it applies here even more:

I tried somthing that worked very well for me with heavy equipment. Both MDF and particleboard are very hard but not at all strong(they will crack easily). In my sandwich design I used 1 piece of regular (both sides good) plywood, which is very strong - won't crack easily, with the top half being the MDF for rigidity. This gave me a shelf that was both strong and hard.
