(1) The 22000uF you use in your Jadis is primarily meant for DC filament part, am I right?(2) Given the vast choice of Rubycon line of 'lytics, you must have picked the wrong type. Try YX series or similar. Check to see if your application calls for less than 14V (if that is so 16VDC rated cap running @ 12.6VDC should be more than enough).
(3)What did you do/how did you determine that your caps is/are faulty? What did you use to test the ESR in your cap? Multimeter (my curiosity)
IMO if you use it on the filament rectification side, ESR part doesn't seem to do much of a difference and most of the recently produced low ESR caps should suffice. Afterall, you'll be getting more bang for the buck to go after the B+ side then wasting a single dime on BG in filament rectification on Jadis.
Oh and mind you: you'll be so much better to focus your attention in dealing with EMI/RFI problems in HK than wasting too much time negating between different ESRs in low DC 'lytics. I've been to HK many times (Mostly in Central and TsimShaTsui area) and boy! let me tell you this: I hear more EMI/RFI line crap in various famous showrooms than anything I've heard before in my dearlife!
God bless! YMMV
