Hi Timbo,Actually the guys in apartments generally have it good here -- they have common antennas, often including FM. The housing density here + tall buildings + lighting storms are some of the factors that make external antennae for FM very rare. All stations are transmitted less than 10km from why I am.
Having a poor classical station also gives little incentive... we do have BBC World Service 24 hrs on FM :)
