Two 8-pin op-amps to 14-pin DIL socket adapter???

What's the best bodge to put a couple of standard 8 pin op-amps onto a 14 pin socket? I have a 14 pin NE5533 I'd like to replace with various modern alternatives. Brown dog seem to do 8 pin surface mount to 8 pin DIL, but nothing more helpful. Digikey don't seem to have the answer either. Any ideas?
