my bow wazoo problem....pls help!!

I got my Bow Wazoo almost 2 years. Since I got it from Canada and the "Voltage" is different to my exsiting living place (HongKong).
My friend is electronic engineer(amplifer designer) and he found out my BOW WAZOO can be "SERIAL VOLTAGE" from 100 volt to 200 volt. But he still found some problem...after reconnected the amp, sound strange, just like becomes "MONO" and he said maybe phase inverse..................... so, anyone can tell what's wrong with it??
You know I do really hate the amp. works with step down transformer. I found it sound shit than without step-down transformer.
Here is the spec.of the transformer it used:
VRT TRANSFORMER AoS
NETTRANSFORMER NR.:7927
SO-R0.: 120V 50~60Hz Ip.:5.0A
BLA-GR0N.: 4x25V/5A
HV-GU.: 2x100V/0.2A*ps.:540VA
Thanks a lot,

Bob
