From given specs I say it can be used. What you are looking for is bandwidth and/or risetime, well... both of this are actually the same thing. But yes if risetime is about couple of nS, that is way above 100MHz bandwidth.
But why would you want to use this in digital signal. To make square look like sine? That's all it will do. If you do not have problem with jitter, with this transformer you will get yourself a problem for sure.
Transformers can be used only to separate (physically) two circuits/stages, or to match impedances. You can not make use of transformer for anything else. You can use their disadvantages if you want.
I see this transformers are 1:1 ratio, so what you will get is the same signal just heavily distorted.
But simple answer, can it be used? Sure it can. It will work just as without it cause buffer on receiving side will correct this sine into square again.
