amp power switch busted? HELP!!!!

I am selling my Jolida 1501a but after testing it out of the box where it has been stored for the past 2 mos it seems that the power switch is busted. It powered up when I flipped the switch but it wouldn't shut off when I flipped the switched off. I had to pull the plug to shut it down.
Can anyone tell me if the switch is the culprit? And if it is, where can I get a replacement so I can fix the problem?
