Tweakers' Asylum Tweaks for systems, rooms and Do It Yourself (DIY) help. FAQ. |
|
OK... the story so far.I've just upgraded my system to a full 7.1. It's nice for movies. When I'm listening to hi-rez audio, tho, the 'rear' surround speakers are now quiet, with the 'mid' surrounds handling the sound.
I would prefer it the other way for audio, so I get some direction from the rear speakers as opposed to the ambient of the 'mid' surround dipoles.
So... I would like a box that would allow me to simply swap the two sets of outputs, hopefully with a single switch.
Is there any such animal? How difficult would it be to build? (I cant imagine too hard) Anyone with the desire to help me out?
Thanks
