I don't think you blow anything. You probably didn't connect that jack back again properly. Plug some headphones in amp where you plug speakers, and if they work amp is OK. And speakers, as you say, work with other source, so they are OK. If headphones don't work with amp, the amp is likely broken. I do not know where you connect your sub, but sub may still work even if amp is bad. So, it's either jack or the amp.
