I had never thought of this theory, but I did use Aurio 1.0s under my Beauhorns for a long time with great success. I guess the mass of the cabinet relative to that of the drivers means the cabinet would hardly move, and then there is the question of the back wave. At any rate, the Aurios worked best until I got the decoupling bases for the Beauhorns.
