To answer your questions:Electrolytic caps are not known to have accurate capacitance (something like +25%, -30% or similar).In fact, it never has.
So why bother matching PSU electrolytic capacitor values? (if you don't believe me, go talk to all capacitor manufacturers and they'll agree).
But then, bypassing electrolytic caps usually resulted in slightly better sonics due to lower ESR.
Given the technical development in electrolytic capacitors, the benefits of bypassing E-caps with small value films to obtain some positive sonic benefits will be of question soon for they are coming out with some "secret" chemistry that will lower the ESR further (case to point: Sanyo OS-con, Rubycon BlackGates, etc.) Many tweakers on this board has tried bypassing BG caps with small film and the outcome has been negative so far...
Just remember this Wheezer: E-caps are not used for "precision", but mainly in areas where critical values are never important: PSU, bypass, low voltage coupling,etc.
