hi a eurocard is a kind of modular PCB system that is often used for building low production volume electronics and prototypes kindof a silde in the system not unlike your computers pci slots
lloks nice but not very usefull for you..the bum around europe card is called interrail btw..
RS can supply anywhere but is not cheapwel any pro audio supplier can help you with 19" racks.. also try networking people.. the stuff they put servers in is 19" too
