I inherited the 7768s from an academic - I'm not sure what they had been used for. I have rudimentary data for them. Antique Electronic Supply stock them but they are over USD $100 each.One problem is that due to the extreme Gm they need to be cathode biased to a -6V source. In my app they will have a CCS in the cathode so it shouldn't be a problem.
