V2 & C4 on JR line conditioner/ss

When utilizing 1 pair of inductors L1,L2 and several duplex receptacles, would each duplex get 1 or 2 C4's?
I presume only 1 V2 per pair of inductors? If L3,L4 were added than V3 would be appropriate?
Also the original hard copy schmetic indicated C4 and V2 should be mounted on the receptacle. I found a post in the archives suggesting V2 as close to the inductors, and C4 on the receptacle. Can someone please clarify.
