The 2SK146 ultra low noise dual fet has been discontinued. This device was 2 X 2SK147 fets factory matched and banded together with an aluminum cover. They are available here and there. I think that Erno
Borbeley sells them out of Germany. It is easier to put two 2SK389 devices together to get about the same noise. These are matched fets, but are a smaller die, so they are slightly more noisy. For many
applications, a single 2SK389 is quiet enough.
