I'm fixing up a guitar amp and need to replace several resistors.I'm told to use the same rating or higher to be safe...but the problem is that I don't know what the resistors are supposed to be rated at(1/4 watt,1/2 watt 1 watt ?? )they look to be the same size as some 1/4 watt one's I bought at Radio shack. My schematic says nothing about watt ratings. How can I be relitively sure of what they are...if they look the same size is this a pretty good indication ? I would appreciate any help or advice anyone could give to me. Thank's...Jo.
