OPA660 is an open loop transimpedance amp, with bandwidth better than 400MHz!! (without using feedback) Others also call it "Current Conveyor", but Burrbrown call it "Diamond Transistor". The structure of OPA660 is similar to the "Swift Current technology" used by Wadia. Could be a good idea for I/V conversion.http://www-s.ti.com/sc/ds/opa660.pdf
