Hi guys,is the non-oversampling mod doing worth doing to a tda1541/saa7220 player without the mod to passive I/V as well? I dont see why not - am just doing some research before taking the lid off!! Currently i am aiming to keep the tweaks fairly simple but going for the big returns for least work (or so I hope) Currently I intend to do the non-oversampling mod, replace clock, replace op-amps with performance part (as yet undecided). I will probably include some limited capacitor replacement whilst under the hood (some power supply and decoupling too) any other suggestions?
Cheers!
Take it easy :)
