Maximum Temperature in an audio cabinet?

I have an enclosed audio cabinet with a glass door in the front.
The cabinet will have a pair of mono amps with the following tubes 6SN7,6V6,5U4,300B tubes each with very little space between the shelves. Also a Fisher FM200B tube tuner will be in the cabinet.
I am planing on using two 45cfm fans, 12volts with an adjustable 12v wall wart and mounted in the back panel of the audio cabinet.
The questions are
1.What would be the max. in the cabinet temp. and where should that temp be taken and still maximize the life of the tubes?
2.Should both fans be blowing air out or into the cabinet, or the lower fan blowing air in and the upper fan taking air out of the cabinet?
3.Any hints on mounting the fans to the cabinet to minimize vibrations, I am thinking of a string or rubber band to create a trampoline-like affair, or simple rubber grommet/washer or felt?
Thanks in advance
Jim
