Black Gate definitely best. Lower noise floor etc. PK, F, and FK types work well, but not cheap. As mentioned they improve by being left on.
Sanyo OS-CON sa-sc are good but can be lifeless, probably best in digital circuits(low ESR and noise). Best elna caps are the Silmic types used by Marantz a lot in SE and KI sig players. Try to avoid electrolytics wherever you can. Again as mentioned try foil types, also multilayer ceramics are very good, can be found up to about 10uf - good for decoupling.Enjoy
