Seriously, all the tweaks you listed can have at most secondary effects on what kind of sound you get. You can spend thousand of dollors and hundreds of hours in those tweaks only to get some minor improvements, even assuming that they are real and reproduceable, that never add up to the changes you get by switching to better speakers. Don't get me wrong, I am a tweaker myself, and I do hear all the differences made by changing speaker wires, IC cables, capacitors, etc., but I don't think all the tweaks in the world can make badly engineered speakers sound good, and I have heard many systems that sounded good even though they were using lamp cords for speaker wires, no-name IC cables, inexpensive amps and CD players, etc.Also, ranking all the tweaks appear to me to be rather meaningless, since the changes they bring about are all system-dependent.
Just my opinion, you know.
