2 questions about MSB DAC Mods

I have spent many hours reading the archives and have 2 quick questions.

New Op-amps: most of the posts are from 2000 or before. Are there any new op-amps I should know about or should I just get the AD827 ???
Voltage regulators: Where can I get these? Can someone give me digikey or mouser part #. Also, I only need 2 regulators right?
