Help w/ Fisher 680A ...aka: ???

I've done a bunch of reading and searching but just can't seem to find a solid reference for Fisher "Chassis No. 680A" amp. It's from a console unit, of unknown origin to me. My best guess so far is that it's the 'last half' of a 500b or 500c. Inputs are 12AX7's and outputs are 7591's in PP mode, ultralinear i think (5-taps on tranny primary, right?).
I'd like to locate a 'real' schematic if possible so i have a reference for when i drift too far afield with 'tweaks'.
