The messages say:
"Buy more Mid to Hi - end audio equipment. Ignore the appalling exchange rate in your country. Spend money you do not have. Isn't it about time you had some better speakers etc etc"
I told my wife about the messages and she has not heard them but she believed that I am hearing them. She was very understanding.
The tweaks thus far have been modest:
-Good quality power cord for CDP
-Attenuated interconnect for CD -14dB
-Bicycle inner tube under CDP and amp
The messages are encoded in the silence between the now-distinct musical notes.
