it sounds like the output transistors, at the very least, are toast. you will have to pull them and test them.do a continuity test on them - usually they just short out. there should be no dead shorts across any of the pins.there may be other components damaged in the amp. you can try turning it on with the output transistors removed and see if it stays on. if so it's most likely just the output devices.
