These are great.
If your power is really bad, and you don't use another conditioner, and the power supply has enough capacitance, and they're not to be used on amplifiers.
I have used similar products (hospital grade versions of those) and had great success so long as I followed the above indications. Any of those which weren't met found these things making the sound a bit harsh, and compressed, or sometimes only compressed.
