Tweakers' Asylum Tweaks for systems, rooms and Do It Yourself (DIY) help. FAQ. |

I have removed my mid and tweeter from my DIY speakers in order to be able to time align the drivers. Previously the cabinets were leanig back to provide better imaging. Should I put these drivers in boxes or just use a open baffle? The mid is an audax aerogel 5.25" and the tweeter is a focal Ti inverted dome. What are the advantages disadvantages?
