I have a light switch in my bedroom that doesn't do anything. (There's no overhead light -- one might suppose that it affected one of the outlets in the room for a floor or bedside lamp, but it doesn't.)Assuming the switch is actually wired up, can I simply replace it with an outlet and use it for power? It's right near my workbench. (Yes, my workbench is in my bedroom!)
Thanks,
J!
