I'd go for the dedicated AC line first, since it seems better to me to minimize AC line noise at the source rather than try to take measures to eliminate it after the fact. I'm not saying that power cords don't make a difference, though. I use dedicated AC lines and also an AC-regenerating power supply for all my gear, but still found that upgrading my power cords led to a significant improvement in my system. Just my $0.02.
