Thanks for the link. The original AKSA that Nels first heard, the one with one power transformer, is mine. I've since changed the supply to Hugh's pcb and dual transformers, and I agree that the amp is terrific. (Change C8 to an RTX polystryrene and the amp is even better.)This thing is so cheap, and so good, that it makes sense just to have and to keep as a kind of benchmark for other power amp projects. If your new amp can beat it, you've got something. If not ... anyone want to buy a lot of tube stuff? :-) - Pat
