I have found that the current best sounding R's are 1/2w Rikenohm CF's available from Angela Instruments (www.angelainstruments.com) Generally speaking, the higher the voltage rating of a given cap the shorter (better) its' rise time is. Also, caps rated for 105 deg. C tend to sound better than 85 deg. C rated caps.Happy listening !
