Increasing the line and/or neutral to ground caps will increase leakage currents, and could trip a GFI outlet on that circuit.Otherwise, the effects are similar to the use fo the Magnan/Quietline units.
As for the bedding foam, it is NOT going to diffuse anything, it will partially absorb, and cause colorations.
