There are others available, but apparently at even higher prices. You can read my review of it here in the review section. If you have equipment still under warranty, it is definitely worthwhile. If it's not under warranty, you could simply hack the existing power cord off about 2 or 3 inches from the chassis and attach an in-line male iec. and achieve most of the resutlts that the HT would give you. I'm still using the HT and would heartily recommend it. E-mail me directly and I'll give you the name of a seller at around the $45-50 mark.
