Why not just run #10 for both circuits with 20A breakers and 20A receptacles ? Unless your amp is a pure class A unit that draws more than 16 amps, a 20A recepacle will work just fine. Either romex, BX, type MC (metal clad) or individual conductors in EMT will work just fine. Although metal conduit provides shielding from RF, the primary reason for its use (as far as the NEC/NFPA is concerned) is to protect the conductors from damage. Therefore, if RF pickup and/or cable damage is not an issue or you are not installing an isolated ground line, romex is okay.
