Help needed with x-over for scan-speak system

217.70.229.164

I am planning to build a scan-speak WMTMW system consisting of

2 X w18/8545
2 X W15/8530
1 X 2905/9900

Has anyone out there tried anything similar to this project ??

I basically need help with the x-over, especially the crossover between the 8530’s and the revelator tweeter, but also suggestions for the crossover between the woofers and mids are appreciated

I have seen the LC-audio x-over, but I have never tried a serial x-over before, and don’t exactly know how such a filter works. What modifications must be made to make a high-pass filter for the 8530K01’s? I don’t like the idea of having the signal to the tweeter passing through the high-pass filter for the mids. Maybe the 8530’s don’t need a high-pass filter ? The plan is for the 8530’s to be placed in a 5 liters sealed enclosure each and for the woofers to be placed in a 21 liters bass-reflex. Any suggestions for port-length and diameter ?

Help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance
