I bought my 7020 manual from Ingrid at NAD: 800-263-4641, ext 4383.If you post, "Need NAD3020 manual or schematic", perhaps someone can point you in the right direction. If you stay awake on e-bay, one will eventually show up. I am sure that there are a bazillion audio auction sites, but I haven't bought that much used stuff (yet).
By the way, if you open up the 3020, I'm quite certain that you will be able to identify the key caps. In the 7020, there are two sets of PCB mounted fuses. The set of four 2200uf caps is located between two fuses on the main PCB; get a flashlight and look for the capacitance and rated voltage (I think it was 35v in the 7020). Similarly, on the regulated power supply board, there were two fuses. Near those fuses were two large caps (the physically biggest caps on the board, with values of 330uf and 470uf or thereabouts). Replacing those caps (being careful about polarity of the caps) fixed the problem.
I will be out of the country for a few days beginning tomorrow noon, so if I don't answer your posts, it's nothing you said...
