You can usually 'drop in' the OPA604 but if the NE5534 is using the compensation pin you need to remove the cap that is tied to pins 5 and 8. You will also need to remove any balance pot that may be connected to pins 1 and 8. The balance potentiometer probably is not used in you circuit but the compensation cap probably is. My advice is to check what is connected to pin(s) 1, 5 & 8 and plug the 604 in and enjoy.
