They are even claiming superioity over Tripath technology here.
If this is true, it not only is the end of analog amps but the end of passive crossovers as well! Power amps will be small enough and cheap enough to fit in the speaker enclosure...no more passive XO's...design your xover frequency response on your PC, complete with parametric room equalisation, costing next to nothing...
(OK maybe I am getting a bit carried away)
Maybe I'll defer my next project for a year...
