First of all, the inductor values and their resistances don't have to be all that exact. +/- 10% is way close enough - you won't be able to hear even that much of a span. And I doubt that lower resistance in those coils is going to hurt the design. But, is you must have the exact values, I'd suggest going to Madisound (http://www.mindspring.com/~audiolab/). Since the resistances you want are high for those L's, you would be wasting money by going to expensive parts like foil inductors or Perfect Lay etc. So I'd use something like Madisound's standard Sidewinder inductor. For an extra charge they'll give you the exact inductance value (all coils, no matter what the price, are going to be off by a few percent). Still, the resistance will be too low - but you can bring that up by adding a resistor in series with the coil - and it will amount to the same thing as having a coil with the higher resistance.
Another possibility: Audio Lab of Georgia (http://www.mindspring.com/~audiolab/) has 18 and 22 ga., 3 mH air cores. You could dewind them to the exact L and tweak the R with a resistor. They don't list the R's on their web site, so you'll have to call them to see how close the can getcha. But they're about half the price of other coils.
