Source for two-prong cord connector

Hantra, I know that this isn't what you asked for, but I've had such a good experience with these folks I thought I would post the info on this hard-to-find part.

Unmolded two-prong connectors can be gotten from www.vantageaudio.com. I think the batch that I ordered was extra stock, so I'm not sure that they be carrying it forever.

As far as the chassis-mounted inlet, Switchcraft has such an inlet on their website, inappropriately (?) listed under "IEC" inlets.

I couldn't tell from your post whether you are trying to pull a "fast one" on the manufacturer or not. If you are, I have two caveats. First, it may well be dishonest, since a warranty is usually an agreement that they will take care of the product so long as it's treated to normal use, and not tweaking. Second, I imagine that it would be difficult to cover your tracks effectively, since the parts may well be different and the chassis may be chewed up.
