You are asking too much. In theory, it is possible for j-fets to be made like this, and NEC did make a good device about 25 years ago, but no more! It is best to cascode with a small power mosfet with the j-fets working about 15V. This removes most of the non-linear capacitance from the j-fets, but the fets will not leak much at this voltage. Also, the fets can be operated at a higher current within the package limitations, so they will be more linear.
