Just bought Garrard 401 turntable. How to supply 50Hz?

There seems to be a 60Hz pully available or one that can be made but the platter has strobe markings for 50Hz. How difficult would it be to build a PSU that will convert 60Hz to 50Hz and maby clean-up the power at the same time? Thanks.
