350 degree oven for 30 minutes...no, that's to bake... Anyhow try a cd that features the sound of crashing surf. There are several to choose from, but all will work due to the nature (no pun) of the random wide-band frequencies found in a recording of the surf/ocean. Sounds better in the background too!
