I called there Saturday and ordered some interconnects. They answered and took my order. I just called there now (it's 12 midnight on the east coast) and the hotline answering machine is working witn Michael's voice answering. They will call you back if you leave a message. They recently went through a physical move (including all phone lines), but the hotline is working at this time. Are you sure you called 888-766-6886? Music Direct in Chicago used to sell their products and still may (www.musicdirect.com).
