Because it is a WIMA and it is yellow it must be a polycarbonate cap.
Unfortunately Wima has discontinued the production of polycarbonate caps. A replacement would be a Vishay-Roederstein MKC1862 cap. That is a metallised polycarbonate cap. See there website for specifications.
Another alternative is ECI #5MC22B (Elcon Sales(ask for Rosalind or Zina) 470 Clifton Ave, Clifton, NY07011 tel (201) 6546-5022). These were used by the Audio Amateur for the TDA 1541 DAC.
