Did it take a loooooooong time? Were they responsive to inquiries about when they were going to deliver? I suppose you can guess my situation from the questions. I think I see why they have a (IMO pointless) "no cancellation" policy - frustrated customers go elsewhere. Thanks for any info, especially about if they eventually did deliver.
